Odyssey's quality systems and special processes approvals through 3rd Party accreditation provide the utmost success in achieving the highest quality possible within its products. We focus a substantial portion of our resources on in-depth product conformity assessments. This method of operation has resulted in an extremely low number of discrepancies, defects and subsequent corrective action requests.
Our relations with the worldwide quality associations such as AAQG, RMC, RAB and the AS 9100 Registrar, as well as groups like ASQ, keep us at the leading edge of all of the latest quality systems and requirements.
Odyssey QA Policies require detailed, documented quality system requirements and inspection procedures for tools, parts, products and processes. Detailed acceptance criteria in the form of engineering 3D models, drawings and specifications ensure that all products meet their tolerances and overall requirements.
These QA Policies and their accompanying procedures are in place to exceed the requirements of:

- ISO 10012-1 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 Calibration System Requirements
